Do my codes expire?
No. Codes you download for free contain the link itself and work forever. Dynamic codes keep working as long as your account is active.
What’s the difference between a free code and a dynamic code?
A free code opens exactly what you typed — to change it you print a new one. A dynamic code opens a short 31UP link that you can point anywhere, anytime, and every scan is counted.
Will a code with my logo or photo still scan?
Yes. The studio adds extra error correction whenever you use a logo or picture, and warns you if colors are too light. Always test with two phones before printing a big batch.
How big should I print it?
About one tenth of the scanning distance: 2 inches for a table tent read from 20 inches, 10 inches for a poster read from 8 feet.
PNG or SVG?
PNG for screens, social posts and quick prints. SVG for print shops and large signs — it stays sharp at any size.
Do you collect personal data from people who scan?
We count scans by time, phone type, browser and country. We don’t store IP addresses or names.
